Food Review: Best Pizza in Town

I have been tasting pizza's in different places. Even tried in Italy before...!!! In Malaysia, I have tried at the major pizza fast food chain like Pizza Hut, US Pizza, Shakey's Pizza & Domino Pizza. I have also tried at some Italian restaurants in Malacca, Kuala Lumpur and Penang.

Talking about pizza, Malaysia has its own style of pizza making especially for the toppings. The fundamentals are still the same but the ingredients and flavouring are customed to the local taste. Try asking for Rendang Pizza or Tomyam Pizza in Italy !!!! Some of my European friends find pizza in Malaysia so weird but being a true Malaysian, in my opinion, ours is the best.

Recently I was introduced to a humble Pizza stall in Penang. In fact the stall has no name. It is located at the Goodall Food Court in Jalan Gottlieb in Georgetown, right across the Penang Chinese Girls High School. The stall has variety of thin crust pizza with the right blend of herbs, sauce and cheese. The taste is awesome. One of the reason the pizza is good is the way how it is baked. The oven is fueled by fire wood. A lot of my friends have tried the pizza there and their feedback was excellent. The price is reasonable and in fact much cheaper that the one offered in fast food chain.

If you are looking for a good pizza, try the pizza stall at Goodall Food Court. You will fall in love with it.

Have a great week ahead.
